It's brut, so it's dry. Pale straw in the glass, with small bubbles that keep going. White flowers and citrus first, then green apple and pear. Fresh, with a clean, fruity finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePour it before dinner, when people drop round, or when there's something to celebrate. It goes with prawns, a sushi takeaway, a light salad, a soft mild cheese or a simple pasta. A fruit tart at the end works too. Serve it cold, at 6 to 8°C.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt's the first sparkling wine in the Luda Mara line.
