The Luda Mara Pair is a wine gift set of two bottles that share one name. Vranec Luda Mara is a deep red, with spicy blackberry, black cherry and firm tannins. Temjanika Luda Mara is a dry, light white, with elderflower, lime and acacia. Pour the white first, as an aperitif or with goat's cheese. Then open the red with roast lamb or ripe cheese. It suits anyone who cooks for friends, and it's an easy first order.
In the set
- Vranec Luda Mara: blackberry, blueberry, pomegranate and dried herbs, with a grippy finish. Serve at 16°C with roast lamb, veal or anything grilled. Vranec means black stallion.
- Temjanika Luda Mara: elderflower, grape and gooseberry, crisp and light, with a citrus finish. Serve cold, at 7°C, with leaf salads, sheep's cheese or fruit.
Both wines grow on alluvial and rendzina soils in Tikveš.
