If Sauvignon Blanc is your usual glass, this is that end of the shelf. Elderflower and acacia first, then grape, lime and a little gooseberry, and ripe citrus and green plum on a refreshing finish.
It makes a lovely aperitif, and it suits lettuce salads, sheep's and goat's cheese, fresh fruit, even a lightly sweet dessert.
Picked by hand at the end of summer into small crates, chilled overnight, then given a few hours on the skins before a cool ferment in steel. Nothing gets between you and the perfume. We chose it as the aromatic corner of the range, the bottle for people who want a white with a scent to it.
