    Barovo Red

    Prune, sour cherry and blackberry, with vanilla, chocolate and pepper. Powerful, with a long juicy finish. Have it with lamb or prime rib. It is our flagship red. Kratošija and Vranec are grown and picked together as a field blend, then given 18 months in new French oak. The vineyard is 3 hectares on volcanic bedrock.

    Barovo Red

    Bela Voda White

    Pear, white peach, orange peel and vanilla. Full, with a buttery finish, and it moves toward honey and truffles with age. Pour it with sea bass, sea bream or veal in mushroom sauce. It is our flagship white. It is Chardonnay and Grenache Blanc, with 18 months in new French barrique. Bela Voda means "white water". The vineyard is 2 hectares of clay and rendzina.

    Babuna Red

    Blackberry, cherry and baked plum, turning to violet. Bold and full, with fine tannins and a long finish. Good with roast lamb, game, salmon or roast vegetables. It is Vranec, Plavec and Shiraz, from 12 hectares of clay.
