Babuna White

Albariño, Chardonnay and Viognier. A precise, herbaceous white with intense white peach at its centre, citrus around it, ripe lemon and grapefruit, all cut clean.

It has a natural affinity with cream sauces. Anything soft and rich that wants a sharp, fragrant partner alongside.

This is the young one. The white vines on the Babuna estate are five years old, the youngest in our range, and the wine tastes like it in the best way. Bright and direct, nothing tired about it. Picked into chilled crates, pressed straight and fermented cold in steel.

Babuna sits under Mount Klepa between the Babuna and Vardar rivers, in a vineyard that shares its ground with more than fifty plant species.
