When you arrive

We ask you to confirm you are 18 or over before you browse the store.

When you order

You confirm again that you are 18 or over when you place your order, and that anyone who takes your order in for you at the delivery address is 18 or over.

When your order arrives

No signature is required. Your order can be taken in by you, or by anyone at the delivery address who is 18 or over. Making sure that person is 18 or over is your responsibility.

If you have asked us to leave your order in a safe place at your address, it is left there at your risk. We do not leave orders with neighbours, and we do not deliver to a locker or a parcel shop.

Delivery to the order address only

Alcohol goes to the address on your order and to no other address. We never redirect it to a neighbour or to a different address, on request or otherwise.

If we cannot confirm your age

We may refuse or cancel an order where we cannot satisfy ourselves that you are 18 or over. We may do this before despatch or at any point before delivery is completed. If we cancel for this reason we refund you in full.
