Orders before noon, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. Most orders arrive within 1 to 2 working days of despatch. Allow up to 5, and 1 to 3 days more for the Highlands and Islands, the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man.

No signature is needed. If you are out, tell us in the cart where to leave your order at your address. A safe place you choose is used at your own risk, and once the delivery record shows your order was left there, it counts as delivered. If it was left somewhere you did not choose, that is our problem and we put it right. We do not leave orders with neighbours, and anyone taking your order in for you must be 18 or over.
Damaged in transit: tell us within 48 hours, with a photo, and we replace or refund it.
Change of mind: 14 days from delivery, unopened.
Corked or faulty: we replace or refund it within six months of delivery.
