A fresh white with a mineral streak. White flowers and pear first, then citrus and wet stone, with a gently oily texture and a long lemon-cream finish.
It belongs near the sea. Mussels, sea perch, grilled white meat, a Mediterranean salad, a light creamy pasta.
We chose it for the middle of the range: enough texture to hold a meal, enough freshness to start one.

Every order is signed for. We do not leave wine in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at a locker or parcel shop.
Damaged in transit: tell us within 48 hours with photographs of the bottle and the outer box. Nothing comes back and we replace or refund it.
Change of mind: 14 days from delivery, unopened, and the return postage is yours.
Corked or faulty: we replace or refund it within six months of delivery.
